Sacrificial System Was a Shadow

"Command the Israelites and say to them: Make sure to offer to me my offering, my food, my food gift as a soothing smell to me at its appointed time. You will say to them: This is the food gift that you must present to the LORD: two flawless one-year-old lambs as the regular entirely burned offering every day. One lamb you will offer in the morning and the second at twilight, with a tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a grain offering mixed with a fourth of a hin of beaten oil.”

Jesus calls Himself the Lamb of God.  The Lamb was the daily sacrifice that was commanded. 

It was all a type and a shadow.

Note: Lamb-blood of Jesus, flour-bread of life, oil-anointing for Kings and the Holy Spirit. We are Kings on the earth and royal priesthood sealed with Holy Spirit covered in the blood of the Lamb. Like Israel was supposed to be. Our weapon is love, not the sword.
